Cette avancée majeure a permis de garantir, en théorie, la liberté et l’égalité politique. Cependant, nous assistons depuis plusieurs décennies à une multiplication incontrôlée de partis en tous genres.
Cette première édition est un outil au service des chercheurs, étudiants, observateurs électoraux, acteurs politiques et citoyens. Avec près de 200 entrées, l’ouvrage propose un vaste panorama du pluralisme partisan. Il permet de comprendre (dans certains cas) l’historicité, les choix idéologiques, les offres politiques, les trajectoires des leaders et parfois les transformations ou disparitions des partis politiques.
